Recipe: Iced Caramel Macchiato

Iced Caramel Macchiato
Servings: 2


6 tbsp of coffee (brewed)
2 cups of milk (steamed)
1-2 tsp of sugar (to taste)
3 tsp of caramel syrup
1/2 tsp of vanilla powder

caramel syrup, drizzled
whipped cream (optional)


1. To make a strong coffee, brew a ratio of 6 heaping tbsp of coffee to 1/2 cup of hot water.
2. Once coffee is done brewing, place milk + vanilla powder in a large cup and microwave until hot.
3. In a tall glass, combine the coffee, milk & caramel syrup. Stir well.
4. Add sugar in small increments until desired sweetness is achieved.
5. Add ice cubes and top with whipped cream (optional) & drizzle caramel.
6. Enjoy it with your favorite tune!

As for us, we chose to listen to Maquina by Pg.lost while sippin' our iced caramel macchiato. :)
