2. We went to Krimper Cafe, few days ago. It's a really nice place, with good food and coffee. Friendly staffs too. Will definitely come again. Oh btw, we had snapper in browned butter and wagyu beef burger. Loving it!
3. Not sure about you guys, but I just discovered that we can literally "fry" the papadum in microwave on high for 50 to 60 seconds and voila! You got the quickest, time saving, clean kitchen, healthier version of papadum at home.
4. I made chicken satay banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) and I'm proud to say that I pretty much nailed it. And for obvious reason, mine's definitely the healthiest! Anyway I got days of marinated chicken satay, extra spicy peanut sauce, fresh mixed salad (baby spinach, carrot, onion and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar of crispness) and heaps of freshly cracked black pepper. BRILLIANT!
